East Texas spoke out loud and clear: Don’t Raise Our Taxes! No More Stimulus! No More Wasteful Spending!
KLTV estimated over 1,500 came to Longview to express their views and let the lawmakers know that things must change, and change now!
Chairman Keith Rothra described the scene as “wall-to-wall people from Center Street to Methvin to Fredonia and beyond! It was amazing to see people stand up and speak out for their liberty and their country.”
Longview’s Tea Party was one of many held all across this nation, with total estimates in the six-digits! According to report on Fox News Channel, many of the tea parties participation far exceeded initial estimates! The major media may not be covering the tea parties (Fox News is the only one I know of), but America is speaking out . . . YOU are speaking out!
